Here are a few problems and the solutions:
Can't login to Term-vt100:
You need to get into the iPhone via SSH and edit this file:
/etc/master.passwd
Change this line:
mobile:/smx7MYTQIi2M:501:501::0:0:Mobile User:/var/mobile:/bin/sh
To this:
mobile:/smx7MYTQIi2M:0:0::0:0:Mobile User:/var/mobile:/bin/sh
Change the two 501 entries to 0! Reboot iPhone and Terminal should now work fine.

Mike,
I am afraid I might have screwed up big time and need help on how to fix or if I have to start over

. I used ibrickr_v0.91 to copy the master.passwd file to my PC and modified as you indicated above (I am not familiar on how to use ssh). When I uploaded it back to my iphone and rebooted , the vt100_term app seemed to work and not ask for a username and password anymore, but now a bunch of strange/bad things started happening. Even when I restored the original master.passwd file back I am still messed up. I hope there is something simple I can do to get back like change a file permission or something (just a hope)?
The things that are screwed up are:
1. All of my applications icons on the springboard were rearranged and my webclip icons were gone? I manually moved the apps back but am curious why this happened?
2. All my stocks and weather locations are also gone? It seems like it thinks I am a different user?
3. All my contacts, bookmarks, music, and videos, etc. were cleaned out, but itunes thinks nothing has changed? When I sync with itunes, it does not do anything and I still have no music or videos?
4. The installer lost all of the apps I had installed when I hit the uninstall button (nothing is there anymore except the installer itself)?
Thanks for any help you can give me, I am desperate and really discouraged that I should have left well enough alone. I don't know if I have the stomach to do the 1.1.3 JB all over again.
