This game is starting to bore me...if you don't have pets you are basically SOL in a fight...it should have been called My Pet instead of My Brute...NERF PETS!!!

8 brutes is the max. I have 8 all with pets. I can't tell how many pupils I have it shows only 15 and I have got at least 15 more since.

I think once the gift button is gone that's all you can get. You still get weapons and perks by winning fights.
