I don't think it's a naked case, this case covers the volume and power buttons.

Like KabaModern said, there doesn't appear to be a case on that iPhone at all. Unless it's a reflection on the left side, I'd say it's a naked first-generation iPhone.

The Casemate is too thick. I concur with the sentiment that it is a V1 (you can tell by the rounded-off bezel and black buttons) with odd reflections and/or photoshopping. The way the power button sticks out the top is a giveaway that there's no case involved.

Err...are you looking at that picture correctly? THERE IS NO CASE.
