Mine isn't doing that...holding up quite well in fact. I'd contact Seidio and ask for a replacement. They usually have very good customer service.

Try this....
Push down on the button with one finger while simultaneously using your fingernail in the groove between the top and bottom pieces. Wiggle it a little...should pop right out.

Sounds like a really nice case!

Love this case. We from the original Seidio case, to the Switcheasy Capsule, and now the new Sedio Innocase. Definitely the best one in my opionin. The look at feel is the best with this case, and I do like how it shows some chrome. It gives it a great look.

Well I am thankful that I have been patient and have not spent untold fortunes on different "iPhone" cases. I finally bit the bullet and purchased this one today in black and am very excited about getting it. Thanks for everyones input it helped make my decision easier.
