I've been using an Innocase for a while now, and had my first involuntary drop test yesterday! Fell from the seat of my 4x4 Silverado (I "crotch" my phone most times when driving and forgot it was there when I got out) onto VERY rough concrete. It tumbled a few times and slid a couple feet, no damage to the phone, case stayed on fine, and only a couple nicks near the edge by the bezel. I guess it works!

Just received my black innocase finally, it was a long time coming. Like $52 bucks w/ 2nd day shipping.(kinda alot for someone who's not a case man) First impressions....It does add some unwanted bulk but is surely the thinnest case out there. Love how it covers most of the chrome bezel which makes the iPhone look alot better to me. Wasn't able to put on the bottom part of the case yet as I have to wait for my invisible shield screen protector to dry. I tried putting it on and it peeled up the screen protector so I'll have to wait until tommorow to get it fully installed. Basically it is the closest I could get to having a black iphone like I wanted without shipping to colorware which I would never do because of the ridiculous 3-4 week downtime.(Sheesh that's longer than it takes to paint a car)

After having the case for a day......thin as it is it still adds significant bulk to the iPhone. The left side of the case protrudes out a bit and makes the iPhone even wider. While I still say this is the best case available, for me the invisible shield (or a similar product) is the only way to go. I really can't stand the extra girth, this thing is going for sale.

The super slim rubberized is even slimmer than the Innocase (and protects more of the front)... plus a flat back. Although from the sound of it, you're not really going to be happy with any case.

My phone would never survive without the protection of something

Is it really? I wish I would've known that.

You're probably right though. The invisible shield suites me fine I just wish the iPhone was black.

No pictures yet of this one but just earlier tonight I got out the car and was trying to put my phone in my pocket, I guess I missed cause all of a sudden I hear something hit the pavement and I watched my phone bounce a couple times and roll around; I about had a heart attack! But I picked it up and all that was wrong was the bottom half you can take of lost a big chunk out of it. Other than that the phone appears to be behaving normally. Kind of sucks I have to drop another $30 on a case, better than a new phone though!

Hmm I take that last comment back, the phone keeps freezing on me and sometimes when I dock it, the phone wont charge. I', going to see if its just some weird phase first, if not I'll do a restore and if that don't work then it's off to the Apple store to get me a new one! Pain in the ass if you ask me...

Talking Burgundy Innocase from Seidio

I just recieved the Innocase from Seidio. Thanks to you all for your input. You are the reason I bought this case. I have the Burgundy (red) case, and WOW does it look great! As you can see my avatar is red, I use him as my wallpaper on my iPhone, so the case compliments it well. It does feel a bit "rubbery", but not as much as one might think. My iphone can easily slide into/out-of my pocket with no problems, yet it won't slip out of my hands. It's not bulky at all, as some might say it is (my opinion). But over all this case is great. This is the last case I will have to purchase for a very long time. I highly recommened this case to anyone.
