I just dropped and dinged my iphone last week so I ordered up some cases.

I ordered a matte black incase slider, an agent 18 in white and a blue innocase...the seidio is due to arrive any day now and as I have a power support screen guard on, I can let you know the effect once I try it.

DUKEL, I have this case and use the anti-glare screen protector from Apple - is this what you mean by screen protector? I'm just curious, because I haven't had a single issue with it, no bubbles or lifting, so I thought perhaps people were talking about something else.

I think the issue people are talking about is the fact that the innocase has the two bottom corners cut off...ie the corners of the case cover the corner edges of the screen and therefore the screen guard.

The way the case fits on could mean that the corners of the screen guard get lifted or curled....the case goes so far on and then you have to push and click the last part...which means you cant be careful of catching the edge of the screen guard and lifting it/curling it etc.

I use the power support crystal and so far I have not had this issue with the innocase, however I can see how people would be worried about it curling up etc especially over time....but I wont know until I have used it for much longer. I should add that if you do not have your screen protector/guard aligned properly you are more likely to have a problem.

Certainly if you are putting the case on and leaving it on you wont have a problem, if on the other hand you are constantly taking it on and off then you may run into some difficulties with the screen guard or need to replace it more often.

As for the case itself I think it is fantastic, I also have an agent 18 and an incase, I really dont think there is much difference in size at all, I think the design and shape make each appear larger or smaller but in reality the difference I feel is marginal.

The innocase LOOKS the thinnist and fits extremely well, the finish feels more expensive than the agent 18 and incase (not plasticy at all) I have the blue and the colour also adds to the general feel of quality.

The case does have a kind of rubber/suede type feel which is nice...I wouldnt say it shows finger prints but becasue of the case finish it does show some smudges although these are not very noticable - as the colour is a little like the car paint that looks different colours from different angles so the case hides them quite well.

hope this helps - anything else just ask.

Just to chime in, Im using the Innocase with the Antiglare film I got from the Apple store and havent had any bubbles. I used the slim rubberized and it pales in comparison to the Innocase.

I like this case more and more, sometimes I put one of my other cases on for a change but always go right back to this, it really is a quality case, doesn't feel at all like it detracts from the iphone, in fact a few people have told me they thinks its better with the case, I wouldn't go quite that far, but almost.

Likewise! Although lately I've been going back and forth between my Innocase and Speck see through red case, it gives the iPhone a very hot look. But I like the feel of the Innocase more.

I read (I think ard pg 5) where one of the innocase users mentioned that a long scratch appeared on the phone after using the innocase. Did anyone manage to clarify with him if it was really the case causing the trouble?

I'm thinking of buying the innocase, and was wondering if adding some scotch tape to the case or to the iphone would help minimise any scratching problems?

I dont think tape on the phone would work. The Innocase has to tight of a fit.

Yah, I use a invisible shield screen protector so they are about the same thickness. People are claiming the bottom eges that cover the front of the iPhone are damaging their screen protectors. I think I am going to finally go ahead and order this. Thanks.

I checked out the a18 in the stores and it was thick as hell. It made the iPhone appear as if it was twice as thick. Are you saying the innocase does not have a much thinner profile?
