I noticed the rubber coating chipping off around the edges of my case and got a replacement. However, after 2 days of having the new case i noticed the same thing happening. I guess that area around the edges of the bezel will eventually be completely peeled off, but the rest of the case seems fine. Nothings perfect.

I have both (plus an Agent18) and I think the Sedio is lighter and less bulkier.

How did you go about getting a replacement? Did you have to send in your old case to get it?

I emailed the guy at forum@seidio.com and told him how it was peeling. He sent me an advanced replacement and once i received it sent the old one back.

i just received my seido INNOCASE and the look is PRETTY! the feel is great and it doesnt pull in dust particles like other rubber cases do.
My only problem is, I am using the Antiglare film set. when I insert the bottom part of the case, the two lower sides (the odd shape of the case) peels off my film set and gives it bubbles. anyone experiencing the same problem?

Interesting that you mention the bubbles near the bottom corner, because I expeirenced something similar on one of the corners. It wasn't that it was peeled back, but rather just a bubble that managed to appear out of nowhere. I tried my best to get rid of it to no avail. Then, just 2 days later, it disappeared on its own. Really strange. I say wait it out a few days to see if the situation resolves itself.

I have had this case since last week and took it off for the first time yesterday. I noticed that the bottom piece is causing some problems similar to what you have noted. I don't have any bubbles, but my screen protector is scratched up. Also, the chrome bezel on the bottom of the phone has some small scratches. It really does suck that I can't seem to find a case that doesnt scratch the chrome like that...

Overall, though, I can't help but recommend this case. The look is GREAT, and I have had 2 friends order them after seeing mine. I haven't heard of ANY case that doesn't cause these small scratches, so I am content with this despite them. If you keep the phone in a pocket, small pieces of lint/ dust will inevitably get between the case and cause some small scratches that in no way alter the function of the phone.

May I ask what brand of screen protector are you using?

I am using a screen protector from PDO that came with a Topskin I purchased before I decided the Innocase was the way to go.
