The invisible shield after a few months has not held up well.
I am posting 3 pictures. One is the small strip that goes along the bottom of the chrome under the Home button on the iphone 3g. The other two show two of the corners.
I liked the invisible shield as it added no bulk to my phone and I felt more comfortable about tossing the phone on the desk or if I accidentily put my car keys in the same pocket as my phone.
However, after a couple of months of use, the lint seems to have won the battle and the invisible shield has gotten lint under it (I suppose the edge got rubbed enough to pop up) and it continues to get worse.
Since my mute button fell off, I have to take the phone in to the Apple store for a replacement which means I need to remove the invisible shield.
I cannot say that I will use it again as it just did not hold up well and I am very careful about my phone (it rides in my pocket by itself 99% of the time).
Lastly, not sure if anyone is having this issue, but lately, it seems that the touch screen has issues sometimes. The phone rings and I try and try to slide the slider and it will not move. I wipe the phone quickly and sometimes it works other no. I am thinking it is a combination of the invisible shield on the front and maybe the oil or smudges from my fingers.
Man that looks horrid especially with it being a fullbody shield costing like $25 dollars!
-But shieldzone is pretty good with customer service and sending out replacements

...And a BIG Thanks to dwp1975 and up10ad for providing me with my dream phone...the iPhone!
It's a replacement IS.
Call in and tell them you need a replacement. My first one before the replacement never got anywhere close to how yours looked and I had it on since July 11th.
How well the invisible shield stays on your device is directly related to how long you let it "cure" before really using it. 24 hours after applying is generally what is recommended. If anything is starting to peel up during that period, then you have to make sure that it is pushed down and is sticking in place.
Just a heads up. I called their number, and they will be sending a new one for the shipping cost of $3.95 and asked me to return the old.
I let mine cure for 24 hours. The corners just never seemed perfect to me and I Think that is how they got rubbed from going in my pocket and then getting lint. Now the small strip on the chrome at the bottom, that was perfect and it too had lint work its way under.
