Case/Screen Protector?

Im sorry for starting another new thread, but I wasnt sure where it would be appropriate for my questions. I think I am going to buy a hard plastic Case Mate case for my iPhone 3GS when I get it, and was just wondering what others thought of it? Is it pretty good quality, or are there better ones out there? Also what about a screen protector? I know most cases now come with their own screen protectors, but are there better ones out there also? Like would an InvisiShield screen protector be better than say... the screen protector that comes with the Case Mates? Thoughts?
