Best screen protector and case?

Hello, I just got a Iphone and was wondering what the best screen protector is? Also what is the best case? Thanks! This phone is awesome.

best screen protector? i will say it's the original iPhone screen...
you need a case...but the screen protect is not necessary

I wouldn't put a screen protector on it but my Ipod touch screen has a ton of scratches on it and I never keep anything else in my pocket with it. My brother has had his longer than me and his has NO scratches on it and he puts his in his pocket as well. Mine is 2nd gen and his is first.

My iphone is 2g.

My wife and I are both supporting Switcheasy rebal cases. They aren't to bulky and add great protection. My wife dropped hers once and didn't even faze it.
