any sport/tight-fitting cases w/ lanyard loop available..?

hi all, am heading over to Thailand in a week or two w/ my new iPhone and really need a case that will allow use of a lanyard over there... when riding a motorbike around it helps to have your phone w/in reach around your neck instead of digging in a pocket or fumbling w/ a belt clip.

if anyone could point me towards any possible solutions that would be great, thx in advance friends..!
