My favorite RSS reader is net news wire for iPhone. They also have a version for your mac that stays in sync. It's pretty easy to add feeds, I highly recommend this app.

I'm using feeds, like it better than netnewswire because it doesn't make you sign up for an account (also I think you aren't able to add feeds directly from the app in NNW). Anyway it has a discovery mode which works pretty well for finding feeds and the overall layout just works.

Newsstand is my favorite. its not free, but has a great interface and a landscape option that has tons of potential. they need to add the same functionality to the landscape mode as they have in portrait mode

netnewswire lets you add rss feeds from your computer so you just copy and paste
