Default NASA has a free app just released

NASA, the U.S. space agency, has released an iPhone application [ Free] that enables users to stay on top of the latest NASA news. The application offers access to up-to-the-minutes news, videos, and photos from NASA missions. Users can also track the orbital locations of various NASA spacecraft in real-time.

Yes, I agree. It has a nice gallery of pictures and videos, and the real time map tracking of the Space Station is nice too.

Pretty cool. Now it just needs to stream live launches. I'll be at work when the Ares I-X goes up tomorrow.

I think the app you need is called Nasa News - Live Nasa TV!
It's only $.99

Save the 99 cents and just go to iphone.akamai.com - where you can access the NASA TV live stream for free.
