Assumption: you wish to call to your iPhone's cell number. Simply add your iphone number to your Skype contact list. For an iPhone to Skype call you will need a 'skypein' number and this requires that you buy the service ($18/3-months or $60/1-yr).

Well, you can call a Skype contact using Fring.
