Finally!!! A Video Editing App!!!
It's called Reel Director. It's pretty good. Add titles, stitch vids, add transitions, etc. So far, you can only use vids in the camera roll. They should allow using vids from the library in the next update. So far, it works flawlessly.
 Here's a vid I quickly made using Reel Director. (Voice over feature to record and mix sound/music will be in next update)

Definitely something I would buy if I had a lot of videos or a 3G(S) phone, but I'll keep this in mind for the future.
