confused..help needed

hi ....m new to this .... m sorry to ask but i got no clue hw to work the iphone out.
i wana transfer my old contacts but cant do it thru bluetooth?
wana tranfer some new applications and games but cant thru itunes?
if u can plz let me knw the basic softwares i need to run the iphone. thanks ALOT

Welcome to EIC!

First, read the user manual that comes with the iPhone or is available for download via the Apple Support website.

Contacts must be synchronized via iTunes from either Apple Mail or Outlook.

Games must obtained via the App Store and installed on your device via iTunes.

Can you sync the sony with your PC? If you can, then see if you can export the contacts and then import to Outlook.

if your contacts are on your sim card just go to stings>contacts>import contacts from sim

Open the iTunes store on your PC and click Apps Store and browse for whatever you want.
If you downloaded straight to your phone, then the next time you sync, they will be uploaded into iTunes on your PC.
