Unhappy Apps that dont last in the App Store

So after viewing a couple top 5 apps list on youtube to find some more cool apps I dont have yet, I saw where this one guy had an app that takes your 3g sig, and turns it into a wifi spot. He said, "if you were lucky enough to have gotten this app before they took it off in 7 mins..." So my question is, how do you know about these apps so quickly? Is there some kind of website that will post up an alert to download these types of apps? and if so how can I sign up? lol

My best guess would be to roam the developers-forums for any such tidbits of info. Not sure about any newsletter or anything of that typ, though

Thumbs down

Cloud - with the new rss feeds from Apple and many new sites scraping the iTunes App store, I wouldn't be surprised if there is some sort of service our there already - but the capability is there.

I would definitely agree with Avataris on this case - you would be best learning about it direct from developers and the date/time they go public.

Cheers,

RSS feed is a good way to get updates of new apps. Developers announcement is also a simple way. Can any one recommend any forum or link that post regular update of new apps?

Reminds me of that app someone made really long ago called "I am rich" with a fancy price tag of 999.99 and I believe atleast 5 people bought it before it was taken right down after. ^^;

I also need to figure out a way to find out when new apps become available.

The main problem is you are downloading applications just for nothing. Download applications that you need to use only.
