I was wondering the exact same thing recently. I think 90 days is absurd but 24 hours would be cool.

That article was way back in March 09. The excerpt in my earlier post is what I got when I purchased an app about an hour ago. It begins with: "iTunes Store Terms and Conditions have changed".

Right. That's why we were wondering what ever happened to it. The news about the 90-day refund policy seemed to just stop. And, as far as I know, the refund policy has remained relatively the same.

The poll asks how much you've spent on APPS which is why you can take most polls with a grain of salt. People rarely read the instructions.
