I very rarely buy apps. I think the most expensive one I did buy was iFitness and that was b'c I was going to the gym and it helped out immensely. All the .99 apps will nickel and dime you to death if you're not careful.
I love the "watch" feature on Bargain Bin and App Miner. If I want something badly enough, I can usually wait to grab it when it's free for a limited amount of time. MLB At Bat and Madden 10 were exceptions which is why they account for over a third of my money spent on apps.
I was surprised when I went through my iTunes receipts recently only to find I had spent maybe 15% of the amount I had previously spent on apps during my PalmOS / Treo days. As to the comment about Bargain Bin / App Miner... I have App Miner but I find AppShopper.com to be much better. You tell them what you own and what you want and they send you an email when there is an update / price decrease. Very handy.
I'm pretty cheap. I really only got free apps until I got some iTunes cards for Christmas... $65 worth. I think I have $2 left in my account at this point, so there ya go.

Scouting around and following the right people/sites on Twitter has really cut back my App expenditures. I totaled up about $70 that I've gotten in free apps compared to the $30 or so that I've spent on them. Not a bad ratio.
Yeah....want to talk OCD, I keep a log as of recent:
If you were truly OCD, I think you'd probably tidy up that spreadsheet just a little. That's a bigger stab at my OCD than yours so please don't take that personally.
