Ivyskin Quattro T4 - Not that Great

I bought my Quattro T4 less then a month ago. I was very happy with the way it looked. I ordered the blue, what I got was a beautiful dark teal with a metallic look. I also love the feel of this case. My problems are these:
1) It is almost impossible to get your iphone back out of this case. Which I need to do to connect it to my back up battery when I am at work. I mean REALLY ridiculously difficult.
2) I am constantly cleaning the smudges off the glass, more so then I did on just the iphone.
3) The 'Ivyskin' emblem on the back is slightly convex, making it impossible for it to lay flat when you are playing a game or whatever. It keeps rocking from side to side which is VERY ANNOYING! (This is also why it gets scratched up as some others have mentioned)
4) But worst of all...IT BROKE AFTER ONLY THREE WEEKS!!!! And I had not dropped it once. Ivyskin has a pathetic "14 day guarantee" , so I can't even get a replacement. I paid the outrageous price because I believed all the hype and thought this would be the perfect case...FAR FROM IT.
5) Finally - Yes, you will have an oil slick look when the screen is not on. It didn't show up on mine until I had it about a week, but now it is all over the screen. I have tried taking the phone out (a job in itself) and cleaning the backside of the glass and the phone screen with a special soft glass cloth, but that doesn't help at all.

14 day guarantee!? Wow, that IS pathetic. Sorry to hear about your experience, but thanks for informing. I think Ill stick with my silicone-case for a while longer.
