Iphone bluetooth with car radio

Hey everyone i recently just started driving so if you couldnt guess, i dont have much money. Im kinda a neat freak so using the tape with the wire on it dosnt work for me i want it to be wireless conectivity from my iphone (1st gen) to my car's radio, so bluetooth seems perfect, but i need like the cheapest possible radio that will get the job done.. Any suggestions? i did read the latest thread about the 3g but apple always does things in weird ways so i figured it would be different. (oh yeah and being able to change the song like pause next, etc. through the radio would be nice but not required, lol im trying to stay on a budget) THANKS
