As dturner linked to, the iTrip AutoPilot is perfect. No static and great sound. Some of the cheaper FM Transmitters will be garbage, but not the iTrip. Reading comments from a ton of forums I was never going to get the iTrip as everyone had said that all FM Transmitters were terrible. I'm definitely glad I didn't listen, as it's a lot cheaper than buying a deck + wires + installation.
