yup it works and sounds great...make sure you have the update tho or it wont work.

After applying the Apple 1.0.1 iPhone update, I tried 3 different FM transmitters last week, and all 3 had serious issues. The biggest problem is that phone signal interference frequently interrupts the FM music playback. This is alleviated if the iPhone's Airplane Mode is turned on, but that means you no longer can make or receive phone calls. So it's either have phone service or have car music playback.

Does this unit work without interference with Airplane Mode off?

It works great! Loud and good. It says when you plug it in that this accessory will not work with the iphone but just say no, and it works great!

I just got mine, plugged it in, hit no, and all i get is STATIC!! What a POS!!
