I was at the apple store today and asked about the same. Guess what the sales rep did...took out his car keys and scratched violently over the iphone screen. (not mine tho..lol) I was about to scream until I saw there was NOT a single scratch on it.

So, it IS actually scratch free!!

I'm sure someone can correct me on this, but glass is pretty high on the hardness scale? Something about needing a diamond to cut it (diamonds: 10)?

I am getting a Best Skins Ever--which I have for BB Pearl--total body skin I think and you can hardly go wrong for $6.

Sorry for posting this all over the site.

Plastic is plastic. I hear the Zagg is good for full body coverage but as a screen protector the material is too slick. I use the phonesuit mask and it grips well and you cant even notice its there after application. I've used it for a year now and my screen is completely scratch free. Its $7.99 at http://www.phonesuit.com/products/Ma...ector-4-9.html
