wow that looks kick ass how close is the white to the iPhone white?

I forgot to check before I left the shop, (I'm at home now) but under my incandescent light here at home it looks about spot on. As close as it is, it would be fine given the chrome bezel as the divider and the fact that its two different sides. i.e. you don't see both sides at the same time.
Where can I get some full-screen-covers for cheap? (I prefer the non-adhesive cling-type sheets)

My brother has a v1 with a full screen protector but he got it with a case at the apple store. I'll look online at work but I bet the apple store has them.

Wow, I think this is a great thread. One member has an idea and another member helps him realize that idea. This is really cool, kinda makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. There are some great people here.

I just ordered 2 matte screen covers and 2 clear screen covers. We'll see how they turn out. I should get them this week. Stay tuned!

yikes...that looks like white cardboard taped to the face...Look at how thick it is! I can see it hanging over the ridges! Methinks that is a bootleg applique...

You guys have a great idea here! I think you could sell them. I have a white 3G and I think they will look really good. But will the white vinyl cover/conceal the sensors at the top?
