Default Voice Memo via MMS
Everybody may already be aware of this but I just stumbled upon the feature this morning. Pretty neat! I may actually use MMS now

Yes, you can send pictures, videos, AND voice memos through MMS...

Yes but can a non-iphone user play the voice memos sent via MMS?

Too bad you can't save incoming voice memos outside of the messaging app...

Well, technically you can. You can forward the voice memo to your email, and then keep that email on your phone indefinitely. Although, I would prefer an option to save it right to the voice memo app itself...

Really? How do you forward it? When I copy and past the memo in a new message, it only pastes the text, "Memo".

In the SMS/MMS view, touch "edit" in the upper right-hand corner. Touch the circle to the left of the audio clip(s) you want to keep or send to others. Touch "forward" at the bottom and then type in the email address that is linked to your phone, or touch the + and you can pick any of your contacts and send it to their cell # or email addy...
