I dont have a data plan, how to block my usage on 3.1.2?

I dont have a data plan, how to block my usage on 3GS 3.1.2?

I tried installing the fakeapn software, but whenever i go to SAFARI with wifi off, I can view the page, so thats good, but when i go to usage...it shows i have have 2kb.

In total it says i have used 105kb sent.

Am i expecting alot of charges in my bill?

I already called my phone company 2 times and they told me that it is OFF, but they cant guarantee that it is completely OFF...

How to block this completely please help?

If they said its off then it should be off.

I agree. If they're blocking data, they're blocking data. I don't know how they say they "can't guarantee" that. What company are you using? You might consider switching. If you call up AT&T and tell them you want a data-block on your line, your data is blocked. You're not going anywhere.
