Default Flashplayer for iPhone?

Is there a flashplayer for Nonjailbroken iPhone? How about for JB? If anyone has it, dies it with decent?

I'm trying to view certain sites that only support flash.

Flash would be nice, but I feel that would make the battery issues even worse since Flash uses a lot of resources anyways.

Would be on next years phone at best. And I wouldn't put a ton of money on that.
