Isn't there an app in cydia that will allow you to view flash? This might be the only reason I see to jailbust my phone.
He may be also thinking of iMobileCinema.

Apple will have to swallow their pride and accept it at some point. Android phones are getting better and better, and they have flash support.
Flash support CAN be a really make or break thing, especially as more and more video is being served up over the net via flashplayer.
Flash also makes it difficult to download the content illegally. ABC will play their shows via Flash because you can't (easily) download it to your computer that way. If you just have an .mp4 files you can easily download it.

also, fury is the man.
My guess is that Adobe gets so many complaints about not supporting the iPHone that Adobe decided to tell iPhone fans where to send their complaints and who is the real culprit.
The world is a really large place with tons of crap flying around. How may people do you think buy an iPhone deliberately wondering whether it supports flash? 1 in 100? Most people care about a few things - good/bad battery life, reception, email, web browser, media player. The rest is mostly extra and they find out as they move along.
So yes, I'll bet at least 2 out of every 5 at minimum will complain about Apple not supporting flash thinking that Adobe just isn't providing it. (And after all, Youtube seems to work.) They are getting tons of complaints.
