I had to wait to activate mine and I never got an e-mail. I also never got a shipping confirmation e-mail like I was supposed to. I think I actually deserve one of these...how do you suggest going about getting it?

I pre-order two 3G S's through AT&T and received them at about 2:00 CST on Friday and was patiently waiting and at about 40hrs I received an email from AT&T with the number 1-866-895-1099 to activate the new phones and it only took about 5 minutes per phone. I was pissed.

On Sunday morning I received the original e-mail stating that I would be getting a credit e-mail on Monday, but I have yet to receive the actual $30.00 credit e-mail. Has anyone received the e-mail with the $30.00 credit yet? I’m wondering if I won’t get it because I was able to activate my iPhone late Sunday afternoon.

I still didn't get it yet, but for those of us who got the email I am sure we will get it. Trnsilver maybe they have the wrong email address since you never got a confirmation email.
