Default Can I manage playlist from iPhone itself? (without using any desktop software)

It seems the only way to manage playlist in iphone is by using iTunes or other custom desktop softwares.

Is there anyway to manage playlist from iphone itself? So that I can add/remove songs from one playlist to another, edit songs' tag etc..

Also, is there anyway to add currently playing song to "on the go"?

You can use On-The-Go to make a playlist on your iPhone...but you cant edit current playlists that are synced from iTunes onto your phone

I always wondered why you couldn't manage songs on the iphone itself...not even delete songs you don't want anymore.

I wish you could delete them from your phone and when you sync again it automatically deletes from your iTunes library. I always write em down to be deleted if I see I just keep skipping over them
