I will probably get white. Black seems like it will smudge badly, especially since its plastic.

i'm thinking black too, but i worry about how resilient it will be. i have a black incase sider case and it's all scuffed up - i hope apple uses better plastic than that...

I'm not sure, although I am getting the 16 gigger! 16gb for 200 less than the 4 gb last year! WTF!! LOL

I like white, but I would have to see it in person first. It looks kind of cheap in plastic. I am thinking the silver back we have now looks nicer. The plastic cheapens the look of the phone IMHO.

i agree - i love the metal back and wish they hadn't changed it. but i'm guessing it has to do with the 3G and GPS antennas (antennae?)...
