More and more smartphones, pda's and superphones are leaving this function out of their phones, from iphones to newer treos to moto q's. Its because they are expecting us to use the email functions on the phones. It is cheaper for them not to allow mms? Does mms clog up some lines or something? Why would phone companies or provders not want to make it easier for us to send a pictures instead of using
phonenumber@pos.mms.net or whatever?
I think the answer is the internet service. Text messaging is getting cheaper and cheaper. Unlimited is getting chaper and cheaper. Making us have the internet on our phones for email is what they are trying to do. So for that reason I think we won't ever see legit mms through apple or iphone. I dont know if they started it, but it is starting to happen more and more. It funny too, most people probably dont even pay 30 bucks a month for their home internet, it ridiculous, there is no reason it should cost that much. Oh well, Ill pay it. So no more wishing for any mms on wishlist, not going to happen. But maybe God has it on his iphone.
