Default Sending out videos from 3G?

What program can I use from Cydia to transfer my videos over to my library, or a program that sends the video as an mms directly?

I know that all mobile providers provide an email for phones that don't have a data plan. For example if you want to send an MMS to a friend who is on tmobile. I think you enter:

xxxxxxxxxx@tmomail.com the x's are the person's cell number. Every carrier has a differen't domain, i.e. t-mobile's tmomail.com

Hope that helps.
