Screen not working... icons wont open!!!

Some things are totally fine.. such as clicking on contacts, email, and map. BUT I cannot click on the phone icon AT ALL, cannot end a call.. cannot do anything!!! how do i fix this??? And... yes I tried turning it off completely. And no water damage happened, so this couldnt be a reason for this happening

Restore your iPhone and set up as a New iPhone. I'd make sure everything is sync'd before you restore though. Restoring from Backup may just bring the issue back.
