Problems

[Case1992]

Hello everyone,

Recently I have been having many problems with my new iPhone 3G. After I send a text message my phone crashes and sometimes I will put it to sleep and then it crashes while sleep I'm guessing. Also after the phones been sleeping for a while and I text someone the sending bar will go all the way to then end and then just stop. So i have to restart the phone to just send the message.

I have tried everything restore from backup, restore to new phone, and ever took it to the genius bar..all he said was restart your phone manually once or twice a week to stop from crashing even though it crashed right after i walked out of the store and regarding the texts he said just take my sim card out and put it back in..which didnt help.

Any suggestions?

You're not the only one with these problems and we haven't figured out what the problem is yet. I still need to take mine to the apple store to figure out if it's the phone or sim card or att.

Yep, it's odd that they call themselves the genius bar when they never can seem to fix your problem or care for that matter. The best costumer service my ass.
