No Service on a 3G iphone

I have a 3g iphone jailbroken using a turbo sim card which is the same thing as unlocking.

Yesterday, after a full charge, it said I had service all day at work and at home. However, today, when I got into work I had service for an hour and then after 7:30a.m., I have NOT had any service all day at work. So, I thought let me do a reboot on the iphone and still same issue.

As I am driving home from work (I live 15 miles away from work), I did another reboot and still no service. Now, I am at home (and I have good service here), it still says no service. I am getting frustrated as I have only had this iphone for 2 days.

Any suggestions?

Can you try out an AT&T SIM? Maybe the Turbo SIM thing is broken.

Are you sure there are no outages with your provider?

Yea, there is not outage in my area. By the way, I just turned on my iphone and now its working. Its kind of like the iphone is a hit and miss with the turbo sim card.

If you are seeing issues with the turbo sim card installed, there are other methods that you can use to unlock your phone. The alternative methods may not be very simple (this depends on your technical knowledge), but I am sure you can pay someone a few bucks to hook it up for you.

Ok, it happened again. I get to work and 3 hours later, I get no service. I just tried another co-worker's sim card and it WORKED on my iphone. My sim card is only 2 months old and his sim card is over a year old. So, I guess I will get it replaced?
