Why are you unable to restore it? Just plug into iTunes, restore then re-jailbreak

As the ninja has stated. But it if that doesn't work then try putting the phone into DFU mode, then restore it.

If you give us the error message it gave you, we will be able to give you a better explanation of how to fix it.

There are many different iTunes error's. You may need to update iTunes or you may be trying to restore to an older firmware for example. You should get an error code such as 5002

ok this is what i need

i used quickpwn earlier and made my iphone into pineapple, now i know i failed in doing so, and i got a friend helping me and he tell me to use redsn0w to JB it, so i try and use it but when it comes to the step which it tells me to get into DFU mode, i spent my past 1 hour to keep trying to get the timing right, and everytime i fail, i went on YT to check out some videos and nothing looked like what i did, so i decide its the quickpwn software on my iphones fault

ok so now i relize i need to restore my iphone back to factory settings, but now i cant, first theres a registeration error (oobviously this come from the pineapple thingy) and now i got a connection problem

PLZ I NEED HELP ON RESTORING IPHONE

Turn your phone off. Unplug from your computer. Have iTunes open. Now, whilst holding the home button on your iPhone, plug it into your computer. You will get an error message in iTunes saying it has detected an iPhone in recovery mode and will need to restore. Click restore.

Getting a phone into DFU mode is very easy:

Press and hold the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time.
After exactly 10 seconds release the Sleep/Wake button. Continue holding the home button until you iTunes pops up a message telling you that it has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. The screen will remain blank.

Any other screen and you havent done it right. You say your messing up the timings, but you only have to count to 10! lol

ummm i downloaded a OS3.1.2 ipsw from the internet and i sucessfully restore it and remove the damn pineapple

but i still cant get redsn0w to work, idk if i messed up or what, but everytime it reach reboot it just freeze (though at longest i just waited about 5 mins)

what i did:
1. hold on/off button - 3 secs (this turned the iphone on)
2. hold both on/off and home button - 10 secs (this turned the iphone off)
3. release on/off and keep holding home button - 30 secs
now in the last step i got no respond, i saw some vid and those ppls got their screen flash to white, while i dont get any respond, but redsn0w still try to JB on my iphone, and then its stuck on reboot, nor i get the screen saying downloading jailbreak data

So any suggestions?

also when i tried to go on normal recovery mode and use the normal recovery (instead of shift click and choose the ipsw) it gave me an error saying my internet is out of date? i mean wtf???

another thing i want to make clear is that i think my iphone might be on a unworkable OS3.1.2 atm, so even if i use redsn0w, will it downgrade it when i chose the OS3.0 ipsw?

Redsnow doesnt work with 3.1.2

Are you trying to jailbreak only or jailbreak + unlock? If you are trying to unlock then you need to use pwnage tool. If you want to upgrade to 3.1.2 and jailbreak only then use blackra1n!

well umm actually, i think you guys are all messed up, the whole problem is that my itunes cant detect my iphone, i am unable to sync or install anything on it atm, i just need to fix that, i am happen with iphone 1.0 or w/e as long as i got to hear music in it, i got peoples telling me that its because i installed a official version of OS3.1.2 cause i pressed automatic check for updates, and since its restricted (idk why the **** can i get that download) and then itunes just never detect my iphone again

so now my friends tell me i need to JB my iphoen in order to let itunes to detect again, and if i get any of the above wrong then i am ****ed literally, because i spent my past 2 days doing rubbish or maybe even ****ing up my iphone more

since i am unable to automatic restore iphone, i will have to use a ipsw to manually restore, i will try to download a ipsw 2.2.1 and restore it manually (shift click)
