Personally It is worth it. I can get the phone essentially for free (if I sell my 3g), and maybe even make money upgrading. Therefore why shouldn't I?

i'd say its worth it just to get the new phone smell. ONLY if you are getting it at the 199.99 - 299.99 rates....other than that NO...unless you sell you 3G obn ebay for a few extra dollars to make a dent in the cost....
I'm thinking about upgrading to the 3GS....just thinking cause I do qualify...
