I guess they are sending out replacements now.

Did they give you return packaging stuff also? Be careful handling the old charger, it might break off and stab you

lol,they only made a slight adjustment on the metal things and thats it. Yea all the return packaging comes in the box.

I just received my replacement today, and off the old one went ... Gotta give them some credit, they made the process very easy.

Went to the Apple Store to exchange it tonight. Easy. Not much of a line. Of course they took the old one and all they needed was my iPhone serial number. If you don't know where it is in your iPhone it's: Settings ---> General ---> About.

The green circle sticker on the face of the adapter means it's the new one.

My new one had that green sticker. Do I have to go to DHL to send it to apple or could I drop it off at fedex or ups?

Picked ours up yesterday at the Apple Store. Took about 10 min. to do two and yes they both have the green dot. Had to laugh, we received a receipt for a penny for each one. I'm sure that is for inventory purposes or some such.

The replacement should have a Green Dot on it.
