Default iPhone 3G Car Charger

Yea my PC is down right now and if it was not for the iPhone 3G Car Charger I'd be screwed for recharges. The iPhone is a bit of a battery hog and I need to charge it at least once a day for a few hours.

I don't use it either - I use the dock that came with the stereo you recommended.

I should have specified. I still use the original charger that came with the v1. Otherwise I just plug it into my laptop while I'm surfing around online.

This is the only way I charge my phone. I'm looking at it and the metal prongs seem really sturdy but I will get it replaced since it's free.

Maybe this is really for the people who carry their charger around with them, especially since the prongs are exposed. That, and constantly plugging it in, and removing it may loosen them over time.

Mine is plugged in, and hasn't been removed more than 2-3 times since I got the phone, especially since I have a backup battery, and car charger. I dont think the prongs will fall out if left untouched like that, so I'm still using it every night until the replacement gets delivered.

When I bought mine they wouldn't even let me take the charger home, they took it out of the box and gave me the link to go to, to order the new one. Sucks that it's gonna take awhile to get it.
