Phone Restore unless you are Jailbroken, then you could prolly locate it with openssh.. and thats a maybe dont quote me.. but it might be possible.

Intego's Virus Barrier X5 (for Mac) can scan the iPhone for viruses, but it's really unnecessary.

as far as I know coding a virus fot a mac is just really annoying and time consuming. There are many other reasons why macs don't get viuses but it isn't impossible to write a virus for a mac or apple products.
