Default Help - none of my buttons are working!

Hey everyone

Just wondered if anyone has experienced this issue and what they did about their phone.

I am a UK iphone customer on the O2 network

Yesterday I discovered that my sleep/wake/on/off button no longer works, as neither does the silent switch or volume buttons - it just seems that all of these buttons on the external of the phone have stopped working - the home button does still work

I have done a complete restore to factory settings and this still has not solved the problem

Should I pop my phone into my local apple shop - does anyone think there is something they could do or do you think theres something wrong with it and I should just send it in for repair

Only had the phone for about 4 months - its been dropped once (when I first got it) and have been very careful since.....

Take it into the apple store. If a restore didn't do anything then there's not much more you can do.

As I got the phone from o2 on a contract rather than an apple store, will they still look at it for me?

I am guessing that it should be covered by the manufacturers one year warranty....

I don't know whether to call o2 and get them to deal with it - or whether apple will deal as its one of their products

Thanks so much for your quick response too means a lot

Make an appt with the Genius bar and then bring your phone in to the Apple store. They will swap your phone.
