Discounts on plans???

You suck! That's a nice discount to receive there. I don't know what I'm getting I think it's only like 10 or 15%.

Most FAN discounts take 2/3 billing cycles to actually come into effect. Even though it may show on your account that you have a FAN discount, it will take some time to come into effect.

If you have just recently applied the FAN discount (which I think you did), then wait a few more billing cycles. Seems like the store rep had no idea what he was talking about. But if you've had the FAN discount for a number of months now, then AT&T need to look into it.

I got my first iPhone bill the other day and I managed to get $25 knocked off under my discount. Sweet!! I get a 24% discount.

I was told the same exact thisg about the discounts being applied by the 3rd bill. I get 20% discount through Tyco Electronics. I have sent one email a day concering my discounts. I will continue to harrass them until they are applied and taken from my first bill as well.

When I signed up for my Indiana University discount it was also applied right away. Did you sign up over the phone or online?

I have a question, is your at&t account under your name or your wifes? My account is under my name and my wife gets a 24% discount through her work. at&t told me to get the discount the account had to be in her name WTF its my wife its not like im using some joe blows fan discount i went online entered her fan # info and it shows up on my account online

we got our first bill with the 3g but i dont see any discount on it although we did not get charged the $18 per phone we we upgraded to the 3g

I am on a 3g phone. The plan is under my wife's name and it's her discount. I will wait till the 3rd month to see if it takes effect. My bill was $365 just incase anyone is wondering.
2 Iphones - family plan 1400 minutes.
1 extra line for a regular phone.

Wow i think your getting screwed . we have two 3g iPhones 1400min fam plan , unlimited texting and internet and our bill is right at $200.00 a month . A third phone should only add 9.99 a month to that plus taxes n fees

Edit did you come to at&t from another carrier? did you have $36 charges each for activating 3 phones? does that 3rd phone have a data plan? that could explain the bill being that hight i guess
