I have read the reviews on this case and they are good, but I have heard the customer service is horrible.

Has anyone bought this case? I am looking to get the Arctic one.

oh and mygearstore.com, appleprostore.com, and amazon.com sell them if you don't want to deal with switcheasy.

I was going ot order from mygearstore.com but you don't have the Arctic one. If you do can you link it to me?

The appleporstore.com doesn't have it either, they have them all but the arctic one:

You can buy it on amazon. mygearstore.com has most of the colors of the rebel 3g and you can buy from them on Amazon so that you get Amazon's customer service and protection.

I bought the Arctic one yesterday from switch easy. I got an e-mail today saying it has been shipped.
