My opinion of the Invisible Shield on my 3G

Okay just got off the phone with them today. They are sending me the new version, yes there was already a revision. They are also still shipping the old version to get rid of stock but the rep said he would make sure I got the new cut. He said that the new cut was a better fit and easier to apply. Same thing as V1, the first cut was rough, sent out for a replacement and it was perfect. Hopefully this will be be the same case with the iPhone 3G.

True but it only has that look from a certain sideways angle in specific lighting. It is perfectly clear from straight on and most all angles and ighting.

Also I have the crystal film on my iPhone 3G and I can confirm they scratch and after a few weeks you can see scratches in the crystal film if you look closely while the invisible shield is MUCH more scratch resistant. I tried the crystal film this time instead of the anti glare and same thing, the screen protector itself scratches pretty easy.

I got the full body shield applied this weekend at the mall, they had a special promotion on the installation for the full body shield. After 2 days, I didn't really care for the back shield at all, I don't like the darker shade it turns the white into and the lines are more visible on the white phone as well. I think the back shield probably looks great on the black phones, but not so much on the white phones.

I also noticed that it adds just enough thickness so that it causes some problems with some hard cases.

So I decided to remove the back shield and leave the front shield.

I'm using the ZAGG IS, but there are the exact same things out there. Just different names.
