My opinion of the Invisible Shield on my 3G

The invisibleSHIELD does cover the chrome. I just got mine today and installed it. I didn't have to stretch it or anything.

And P.S. to everyone else, the IS screen protector with the iPhone's screen perfectly..

And P.P.S. I didnt have any bunching up or anything in corners and the chrome was covered perfectly.

Hmmm. It covered the chrome bezel completely on all 4 sides? They must of made a recut. They often revise their products very quickly when they see their cuts are not perfect. Same thing they did on the gen1. When I ordered the shield for gen1 it did not fit perfect and didn't cover the chrome bezel. When I called them for a replacement they sent me a new and improved shield, cut alot more perfect. Could you possibly post some pics of the side coverage?

Well now that I looked more closely, the top and bottom are perfectly covered. The left side is 90% covered and the right side is 70% covered...

Hmmm. Still sounds like they did a recut. Mine only covered one side of the chrome bezel about 95% and the other side 0%. Or I could've shifted it around to cover half & half.

I ordered it on like July 3rd and recieved it like last saturday I think.

Ohh. I ordered it maybe about a week or a couple days less after having the iPhone and received it today. Is that normal for them to make sudden changes in a short time?

Yes its pretty routine but that seems a bit quick even for them.

Is the invisible shield really bumpy? I saw a front cover invisible shield and the screen looked like some frosted glass texture. I want a completely smooth one like the power crystal films that apple sells in there store.

It is completely smooth. Its smoother than those power crystal films...
