Hard Leather Pouch with Chain by Rivet.

I had never used a pouch to hold my phone before I got this Hard Leather Pouch by Rivet. You can get this pouch without the accessory chain, but I got it with the chain. This pouch is plastic with a felt type interior, and a dark grey leather exterior. It has a red tab with a rivet to attach the optional chain to the case.



The interior lining is a material they call microfiber. I think it is more like felt. It is dark grey and appears to be glued to the casing. This case shipped in a box with yellow confetti material, and it was all inside the case and got stuck all over the felt lining. The confetti is like a wooden confetti and it is hard to remove from inside the case. It would have been nicer to use paper confetti, because it would have been easier to remove. The packaged display was nice, and looked good, but it was difficult to get the confetti out. I still have some of it inside the case.

The exterior lining is a grey leather material. It is embossed with the Rivet logo on both sides. Both sides also have ridges to make it easier to grasp. One side has the Rivet logo embossed with silver painting over it. The other side has thread stitched into it for decoration in red, yellow, and green. The red tab for the chain is a durable cloth material, with a brass colored rivet installed.



The Kingpin chain is a stainless steel braid type chain, approximately 12 inches long. One end of the chain has a clasped hook to connect it to a belt loop, or whatever you would like to connect it to. The other end of the chain has a pin connection system, so it is quickly removable from the case. One side of the Kingpin clasp slides down to release the pin. The pin is attached to a nylon cord which can be attached to the case, or whatever you decide to attach it to.

The iPhone fits snugly into the case, and did not fall out when I turned it upside down and tried to shake it out. I like the fact I can keep this in my pocket and not have to worry about it falling out because the cord would keep me from losing it. If you like to use your iPhone bare without a case you can still keep it protected in your pocket with this case. I have provided links throughout this review for you to check out.
