Case-mate vroom

Anyone have this case. Im not sure if its fairly new or what but I just ran across this on amazon and am utterly amazed!!! It looks soooo damn cool but worried about the actual protection it offers. Right now I have the incase slider but its starting to slightly scratch the back of the phone when taking it out for cleaning. I also have the reg white silicone case that I use on the weekends for protection but the silicone one I have covers about a half an inch around the screen. This one doesnt look like it covers anything on the screen.

anyways.....its sick looking and all but just wondering if anyone has any input on it,

It looks pretty protective actually, it wraps around the front just enough to keep the phone from landing face down, but doesn't look like it would hinder typing or anything on it. I had the Speck Toughskin, looks way similar but more bulky, looks bulletproof though to me
