Actually I"m in the 'complaint' department for Small Biz and FAN discount customers in general or all sorts of issues.. and take complaints from the President of the company, the FCC, BBB, Attorney Generals, etc. so I don't receive calls.. I make the calls when I get a case assigned to me
I think I'd kill myself if I had to be in a call center again!
